Qualified Palmetto Heroes homebuyers must meet SC Housing’s First Time Homebuyer requirements and may receive FHA, VA, USDA or Conventional financing with a competitive interest rate and $10,000 in forgivable down payment assistance. Borrowers must have an executed sales contract on a home.   Funding is limited, so if you’re considering buying a home, don’t wait.
