Clemson University
About
The Clemson University College of Education offers a variety of teacher preparation programs spanning birth through adulthood. Clemson programs are nationally recognized, with recent top 10 rankings in U.S. News & World Report, College Magazine and others. Marquee programs such as ClemsonLIFE, Call Me MISTER, Reading Recovery and Upstate Writing Project continue to have statewide and national influence.
The College of Education is a close-knit community of learners and scholars committed to excellence – and each other. We are also a proud part of a Carnegie R1 public research institution where purpose-driven students, faculty and staff collaborate on projects that impact our state, country and world. We believe that our collective calling as a University is to change lives, change perception and, through our work, change the world. We participate in these innovative efforts as part of Clemson's land-grant mission to serve the state of South Carolina and beyond.
The professors make us feel really comfortable going into a classroom, and they give us so much advice. I really trust that they're giving me all the tools that I need to go into the classroom and be the best teacher that I can be.
