USC Upstate's Master of Arts in Teaching, Special Education - Visual Impairment Program is offered in partnership with the South Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind. The program includes a comprehensive and culturally responsive program of study, including braille, assistive technology, and orientation and mobility to prepare you for the 21st-century classroom.
