Learn about the SC-CREATE Scholarship

To qualify for the SC-CREATE Scholarship, you will need to:

• Submit your online CREATE application (see Forms box at www.sccreate.org).

• Gather and submit all documents outlined in your "CREATE Next Steps" notice.
• ​​​​​​​Wait for a "CREATE Qualified" notice.

Each SC-CREATE partner program offers specific credential areas. These include things like:

• K-12 Multi-categorical Special Education certification
• Visual impairments certification
• Severe disabilities certification
• And more!

Some credentials require additional eligibility criteria, so be sure to check with your program to find out what you’ll need to do!

There are a few steps you will need to take. In a nutshell, you will:

1. Submit your application online for the SC-CREATE scholarship at www.sccreate.org (see Forms box on the website).
2. Wait to receive a "CREATE Next Steps" notice.
3. Gather and submit all documents outlined in your notice.
4. Wait to receive a "CREATE Qualified" notice.
